CLB Partners Advises Anpesil LLC On Sale To Investor Group.

CLB Partners, LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of Anpesil Distributors, Inc., Anpesil International Corp., Grand Wholesale, Inc. and Beverage Source 1, LLC (collectively known as "Anpesil LLC") by an investor group led by CLB Partners and certain members of the Pelaez family.

Anpesil, based in North Bergen, NJ, was founded in 1970 by Antonio Pelaez Sr. and is a leading master distributor of confectionary products, including candy, chocolate, gum, cookies, non-perishable grocery, health and beauty products, beverages and sundries to wholesalers, jobbers, and regional grocery stores. The company serves the greater metropolitan New York and Northwest New Jersey markets from its distribution centers in North Bergen and Brooklyn. The company distributes products produced by all of the major manufactures, such as American Beverage Corp., Hershey, M&M Mars, Nestle, Cadbury Schweppes, and WM Wrigley, as well as well known regional brands. Anpesil differentiates itself by building collaborative, long term relationships based on service, availability of product, and competitive pricing.
