Elizabeth W. DeBiasi
Vice President
As a Vice President at CLB Partners, Elizabeth has worked in the middle market advisory group, specifically in the area of mergers and acquisitions, capital structure analysis, valuation and strategic analysis. Elizabeth has also worked in the Consulting Services group of CLB Partners, as both an instructor and developer for corporate finance, treasury management and strategic marketing programs for both middle market and large corporate banking clients.
Elizabeth is active in her community, serving the Board of Directors for Easter Seals UCP of North Carolina and The Family Support Network of North Carolina. Elizabeth earned her MBA from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University in North Carolina, and holds BA degrees in both Spanish and Economics from the University of Virginia.

Michael J. Ho, Ph.D., Managing Director - Michael specializes in issues related to valuation and the structuring and negotiation of merger and acquisition transactions. With hands-on experience in both domestic and cross-border transactions, Michael helps to manage the many intricate details of each engagement.
Peter J. Hughes, Managing Director - Peter focuses on strategic advisory, acquisition analysis, and managing post merger integration. A natural leader with significant sales and marketing expertise and a keen ability to see the "big picture", Peter leads clients through the entire transaction process from the analysis of strategic alternatives through closing on each deal.
James D. Parrino, Ph.D., Managing Director - Jim offers expertise in strategy development, accounting issues, valuation, and merger analysis. In addition to his strong consulting abilities, Jim is often considered the "numbers" expert at CLB Partners and applies the rigorous structure required for both the financial and strategic nature of each engagement.
Alex J. Abreu, Managing Director - Alex is responsible for identifying and structuring acquisitions on behalf of CLB Partners and its equity investors. With significant experience in the financing of middle market organizations, Alex is directly involved in both the acquisition process and implementation of strategy for portfolio companies.
